“We had a very pleasant stay. The bed and bedroom were extremely comfortable, and the staff was attentive and caring. The view of Table Mountain was beautiful, and the breakfast, with several homemade items, was truly amazing.”
“Beautiful historic house with comfortable rooms that offer everything that European holidaymakers need. Beds are comfortable, electricity and hot water are available at all times. The breakfast is really delicious, varied and more than enough to start the day stronger. The view of Table Mountain is breathtaking beautiful and the small but fine garden with pool, sauna and sun loungers offers everything you need for a relaxing evening. The staff are very friendly and always helpful and the security guard in front of the hotel is absolutely reliable, so we always had a good, safe feeling. The owners contacted us personally before checking in, so we were treated very accommodating. Overall, the Hotel Amina is my absolute favorite for Cape Town!”
“One of my favorite stays ever! This hotel is so charming and has such great attention to detail. I love the vibrant colors of the rooms, the caring staff, the outdoor sauna, and the breakfast was great too.”
“We were here for almost a whole week to take a look at the city in peace. The hotel is charming and we felt at home from day 1. Everything was clean, the breakfast deserves way more than 5 stars and the service is great from start to finish! The area was safe for us girls at all times (we travel as a couple without a male companion) and we were able to walk around even in the dark. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the nearest supermarket, but you can also have all sorts of things delivered for little money. The sauna was our highlight as winter in Capetown can be cold and wet :)”
“Super nice and sweet Guest House. We slept here six more and we enjoyed it very much. Clean, nice staff, and super large room! Car we could park right in front of the property. We were able to walk to Boo Kap and the meeting point on Long Street for some tours. Breakfast was delicious: muesli with yoghurt, lots of fruit and cheese, various breads, spreads, honey and jam, bananas bread and always small leaks such as egg, pancakes etc...”
“A little jewel tucked away in Bo Kaap. Wonderful breakfast!”
“To have a feel of antiquity and a beautiful view of the table mountain, Amina hotel is a place to be.”
“My Mountain View room was perfect. I stayed for 6 nights and wish I was still there.”
“When I clicked through the internet I found a gem. Turns out I was right. Cozy rooms with a great mattress and the duvet is also great. It takes a good team for everything to work. Above all, a good and always helpful manager and not forgetting the housekeeping ladies. Thank you for everything. I'd love to come back.”
“Felt very safe and the property was very cute, the individuals working for the hotel are amazing and always there to help! Ubers were cheap and short to va waterfront.”
“I had a lovely girls staycation at Amina Hotel. You’ll be greeted with a warm welcome... literally (the house keeps nice and toasty during winter). The whole place buzzes with vibrant colours, yet the hotel remains sophisticated and relaxed. The views of Table Mountain are breathtaking from the pool and sauna area. The room was sparkling clean, fresh and so welcoming - we especially loved the massive shower. The whole house has kept it’s heritage charm, but has been beautiful renovated for those seeking modern conveniences. And don’t worry about load-shedding, the lights stay on! It was lovely to feel safe and at home, especially being in the city, and as a female traveller. Highly recommend! Just make sure your car breaks work- the hills are no joke.”
“It was a wonderful stay at the Amina Botique Hotel for me, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was very central.”
“Beautifully furnished and appointed rooms. Lovely bathroom. Great wifi. Didn’t lack anything.”
